You will study traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa alongside pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, biomechanics and teaching methodology, while repeatedly putting what you learn into practice.

The goal isn't simply to complete another 300 hours. It's to understand your practice more deeply and become a more thoughtful, precise and confident practitioner and teacher.

"Learning with Deepak during my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training shaped not only my practice but also the way I aspire to teach—with discipline, awareness, humility, and compassion."

There were times when Deepak Ji teaches something new and I would be mentally saying to myself, “There’s no way I can do that.” And then he come stood next to you and says the magic word, “Chalo!” and guides you to achieve that asana with hands-on assistance, while ensuring the safety of the students. It’s truly awe-inspiring. I was awestruck by my spinal twist & back bend progress. Thank you so much, Deepak ji!

“I felt so confident after learning from Deepak and I started teaching my learnings straight away.”

His teaching resonated with me deeply and I learnt so much from him and uncovered a lot within myself. His asana classes are strong, exciting, and fun. He has so much embodied knowledge around each pose and has a beautiful gift of knowing the capacity to push you to the limits within your personal practice.

“Deepak's attention to warm-ups, tailored hands-on assists, and humorous teaching are things I have carried with me and actively try to incorporate into my own teaching today.”

One of the reasons I decided to return to the same school two years later was because I felt inspired by Deepak’s teaching style, which combines a wealth of knowledge, hands-on assists, and fun and humour, making the process of sadhana truly enriching.

The quiet village of Agonda

You're a one-minute walk from the beach. Ocean on one side, palm trees and jungle sounds on the other. Agonda is a quiet village, no crowds, no rush, the kind of place where a 6am practice actually feels possible because nothing is competing for your attention.

After more than a decade of living in an ashram and teaching in Rishikesh, we went looking for a place to run our first TTC outside it, somewhere that could hold the same depth without the noise. Agonda was that place: a peaceful village by the beach, real nature, a climate that makes an early practice feel easy.
